When you submit your order with the text and image, we send you preview before printing.
Once you confirm only it get printed.
Print Method
This is heat transfer printing, Not all images uploaded can be printed. In such situation we will contact the customer for alternate option or refund will be done. The pricing only for limited number of colours.
Return and Refund Policy
If the custom products you receive considerably different than the artwork approval from what you Order, then you may return the custom goods within after you get consent from us by email info@australianworkgear.com
Refund can be done for those items you haven't received which you have ordered.

This will not be a valid reason for return/refund.
– If you selected wrong size without checking the product details (eg. Sizes of products will differ from different companies)
– If the product selected was of wrong colour.
– Ordering a product with assumption without contacting us through email info@australianworkgear.com
